It semms O.K., I have no complaints about it. But if the cash at the time was available I would of defanatly gone to Bluefame in skelmsdale they are ment to be the boll*cks at stainless exhaust
capriaddict Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Powerflow Exhausts I had stainless sytems custom made on the car on my old 3.0GXL capri and 3.0S. Both were well made though i think the GXL one was slightly better. Both cost just shy of £500 but that was about 5 and 6 years ago. hope this helps.

groomers Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 cant really recommend any coz made most of mine, but can tell you that my experiace with powerflow has been bad had one on my old golf sounded nice looked good but kept blowing the baffles out. also when i got my rs it had a powerflow system on that sounded crap fell off all the time and the mounts regulaly fell off! but it may just be the local centre so dont rule them out!

How good your local centre is does make a difference i agree. I had a longlife system fited to my 2.8i it started to fall apart after a year (the exaust not the car). Its a good job that both companys provide liftime garanttee's

I will try to find out the name of them - might have been Infinity ?? It's on his V8 Consul & I have to speak to him soon anyway about the Exeter meet to see if he can go. I've seen the system & it is a work of art

Cookie Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Me and loads of my mates have had exhausts and/or tail pipes, de-cats etc over the years and always gone to longlife, top quality workmanship and none of us ever had to go back for anything on the warrenty, and the cars they went on have been totally ragged. longlife get my vote
