I have just had my first ever order from Tesco.com delivered to my door ... and how easy was that :D

Booked my time slot (9-11pm), ordered my shopping, paid online, plus £4.99 for home delivery. No hassle, everything looks okay and only one item that they replaced with an alternative which was fine.

Question is ..... AM I LAZY ???? Anyone else here that shops this way (I got the idea from Mandy - Marky4's better half :D ).

deffo lazy Jo i love going to the shops and having trolley rage and letting the trolley climb up the back of people ankles.

lol that's why I don't like going there ... that, and the fact that I spend twice as much if I take the kids with me

The doris next door doesn't work, has a load of time on her hands, drives everywhere but does her food shopping online. I'm not saying that she's lazy... ok, I am....

We used to, but got frustrated with how long it took to order stuff, and sometimes we'd end up ordering packs of stuff that of 2000g instead of 20g etc. We now get a weekly delivery from a local farm who do organic produce.

as me and the wife both work it is so much easier :D

if i go food shopping i just come back with everything i like and the rest of the family don't

plus loads of beer  and end up spending more money than if mandy shops online :D so it saves me money

When tesco.com 1st started, we decided to try it as both my parents work long hours.

once we had got all the shopping in, we got given the details etc,

however, it was the bank details for a 'Dr' that lived 3miles away in the next village!!

Postcode, account number, expire date, etc!EVERYTHING!!!:shock::shock:

And also, we dont do .com shopping, cause me and the father worked on their vehicles for long enough,to see the states of them, i doubt they would get to the house, with no brakes(which is very common), only 1st gear, or other rather large faults! i could tell you a few tales, but i dont want to put you off!:shock:

The in-laws went to the local morrisons in their brand new jag and they park as far away as poss from the store.

At this particular morrisons the far end of the carpark is at the bottom of a hill. They returned to find that someone had let go of their empty trolly and it ended up parked in the side of their new jag :lol:
