It's what we did back in the 80's....well I did anyway!!Got hold of some black stuff when I was 17 and covered the mk1 escy engine bay (engine still in) boot (inc tank) and underneath in it. No idea what it was but it never fully dried!! Stayed tacky, was still tacky when I sold it to my brother 9 months later!!!
