It not a simple upgrade though from the old system to the new. Much time needs to be spent rebuilding the different components of the site. Give it a little time and all will be great again im sure

But I think this is a case that the platform on which the forum was running is no longer supported so the change is pretty much a necessity that cant be avoided.

This. The software we were operating ceased to be supported about a year ago and we were increasingly exposed to risk from hackers etc. There were similar comments when we last updated 4 1/2 years ago, once you find your way around again (and I am also going through the same pain) I am sure it'll all be good.

No problem Scott, I've eaten all the cookies cleared the cashe list and had a word with the server and believe me she's not getting a tip! If all fails hit the red button, ...re- boot......hey presto all good. Problem is I feel sick after eating all the cookies...lol
