A Chardonny toff? Hahaha! Im not that either, like Col I never drank at all. I was always the one that drove all the drunks home. I remember the day after driving a group of the smashed idiots home my mum says to me in the morning you had a great night out then? I asked why she thought that and signalled to the Escort, down the whole passenger side was covered with vomit! I would have made them clean it off only that by the time they woke up and got them moving again the acid would have etched the paint! Truth is when I was younger money wise it was a choice between booze and car parts so I went without beer! (The taste just made the choice easier to swallow) LOL

Now that’s got to be a southerner 😜 one he’s got two pieces of wood holding it up, up north we can only afford one and it would be a tree cut down from the side of the road ! And two the welder is not chained down!!! Up her that would be knicked.

Yeah - but at least he's plugged into the lamp post leccy!

You just have to have a Ute on the drive to be a real Australian!

I think Australians would have used a different materials other than wood so I think in this case this is an aspiring American wanting a pickup in his drive.

Corrugated tin is more our style. Roof, Shed, Dunny or Car its a versatile material

When I was 9yrs old I would think I was the mutts nuts if I'd done that to an old field car.

Gives new meaning to the phrase "got wood"!

It was sort of an unwritten belief when I was a kid that if your dad was no good with mechanicals then he was probably good with woodwork and visa versa. That myth is pretty much shattered now isnt it.
