johnny_h Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 You can't fault the workmanship but fook me what a dorris! So what is this amazing machine?????? ready? here it is, brace yourselves..... Discuss.....but spare a thought for the man behind the machine.
J_mk1 Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 fair play to the man. i wonder if he did the work himself though? if he did moucho respect. however i can never quite understand why people but all there effort love and money into a car like that. when you consider the money spend he could have done that to somthing that really worthwile...
Cookie Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Thing is as poo as i think new festa's are he probobly thinks our old fords are bangers that should be in the scrappy, so IMHO whtever floats your boat, life's to short, top workmanship there though, mondeo V6 engine I believe, was gonna fit one of them to the mk2 tina, but gonna go xe now, big old engines and sound the bollox when sucking a mean one through a cone filter would be interested to see it finished and going sideways, the mans half way there, at least the correst wheels are being powered
slimrs Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 same as that, alot of hard work, time, effort and money. cant really understand the car but if we all liked the same cars it would be a strange world
escamino Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 I say "well done that man" he obviously likes it. Lets face it we can't all like the same cars and if he stacks it on the track, how cheap and easy is it going to be to re-shell it?
orionmojo Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 now he needs to tint the windows, fit some steels and go baiting
Nettles Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Not my cup of tea but hats off to the nutty professor who built it.
badchild Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Hat's off to the man......... But why not a mk1 or 2 fusty?
OllieC Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 It wouldnt be my choice of donor car, but I dont know my arse from my elbow, so i cant really start critising someone who has built what looks like an excellente piece of kit personally, that is my least favourite fiesta model, but fair play to the guy, it looks like a superb job, and I bet its a blast to drive
tonymk2wagon Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 like the build and car could be smart but would come down to wheels and stance. national hot rod style with full wide kevlar kit and 10x13 image rims. always loved the idea of oval style road cars. . not all modern tat need look maxi pants like. . .
PAUL MANN Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 fair play alot of time & money gone into it,but no my thang
Gonzo Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 I'd 'ave it, purely to go baiting in. Spray it a standard colour and fit some oh-so-nasty chav wheels and some big speakers to really reel 'em in.
tazrocks88 Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 the thing is it is each to there own and they could say the same 2 us
Guest MK1gaz Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Nice motor , shame it's a plastic fiesta !!!!!!!!
4parajon Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Good on him I say, looks well thought out and finished.
Deano1351 Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Fair play to him, whats wrong with choosing the ugly fiesta and making it rapid, got to be the ultimate sleeper, no-ones gonna expect that to shift and it will make some expensive cars look very silly, hats off!!
Rich Sav Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 SLEEEPPER i think its wicked fair play 2 the man at least he hasn't put a body kit on
johnny_h Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Posted June 20, 2007 I must be missing something. I think it's crap.
Rich Sav Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 i like stuff like that cus u wouldnt be expectin it 2 be quick but i bet it fookin is there was a purple corsa at the pod on the back it had 1.5td had some shitty wheel trims on some skinny steels the only thing that gave it a way was perspex windows it had a red top in and bloody flew
Deano1351 Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 i like stuff like that cus u wouldnt be expectin it 2 be quick but i bet it fookin is there was a purple corsa at the pod on the back it had 1.5td had some shitty wheel trims on some skinny steels the only thing that gave it a way was perspex windows it had a red top in and bloody flew Was that the one that screamed and done 12 second quarters?
johnny_h Posted June 20, 2007 Author Report Posted June 20, 2007 So the point of that car is to look rubbish but waste anyone challenging you at the lights? I pray the owner keeps it standard looking. To Bling up a car like that would be terrible. I bet it's going to be a blast to drive though. I'd love to be overtaken by it going sideways around a roundabout but I would still be pissin meself laffin at the choice of shell!
