they look good but then if anyone asks you have to explain its just am mr2 with a bodykit

a guy off the orion forum's built this. he has a business in car modding but i dint think its a demo car (it should be though ) its got geniune ferrari parts on it, like the wheels, badges, interior parts (steering wheel and H gate for the gearbox) i know some people dont like 'em but i like this one

imagine the embaressment when you get smoked from the lights by some chav in a 1.4 corsa or something equally shit,

also the "hey mate is that a real one", "erm, no its not, erm its an mr2".

these things are for all flash no cash posers, the type to buy one of them fake tag watches on holiday or a blag armarni suite and probably have one of them faggot hair do's full of gel and quiffs.

although the good thing with em (speaking from experience)is that if you ever see one at the lights in your oldskool ford, you can quite confidently blow his doors off

late mr2 turbo's come with 240bhp as standard and easily get 300bhp out of them. in a car that weighs about 1260kg and push 0-60 in about 5 secs - how many corsa's or chav cars can do that?

im not saying they sound good or anything like a ferrari but they arent slow if built right

A mate i used t owork with owns a Genuine Cobra its a 427 shelby with the correct CSX preffix chassis number. cost him as much as a small flat to buy and its scary fast and deadly on wet roads if you underestimate what its capable of, but and its a big BUT he always gets asked if its a kit and if its a DAX replica

 

Most people can't tell the difference mainly because seeing a real one is a very rare sight on our roads
