exhaust (2 nice big boxes) is quiet so about a 5 , induction roar is mega though so a 10

But on the 1-10, its an 11

I am surprised I have never been given a tug about the noise it makes. Dogs jump and bark, children cry and old women cover their ears, and thats with the timing backed off 2 degs

Exhaust about a 7-8. It's loud, but I heard an Impreza today (with an industrial size baked bean tin on the back) that beat it hands down.

 

Induction is a 9. I prefer listening to that than the exhaust.

Well on not 1 to 10 scale,I went to snetterton a couple of months ago and there limit is 105 DB and the mex hit 104 DB,So I would say she is fairly loud and my mates was 109 DB. SO 9 out of 10.

My mr's sister lives in terraced house in a side streets just from the sea front in scaborough

 

Also i'd rate my car about an 8,full system Peter lloyd ralliying exhaust on a x-flow

Only ever heard it from the inside and its quite loud, but many comment on how loud it is from the outside but wouldn't know, lol.

 

9 for induction and 9 for exhaust.

 

I'm sure in 2008 it will be 10 out of 10 for both as theres room for improvment

8 out of 10 I would say, for the following reasons:

 

I had a fireblade with Race exhaust that was Quieter than my escort

My Escort causes arguments at the MOT station

I haven't got a stereo cos I won't be able to hear it

supporting a 1.6 xflow with 2.5' exaust id have to be a 3-4 but when blasting through town without a airfilterbox on; its gotta be a 8 at least.

you should be able to hear any old ford within a mile or so, it adds character..

2.1 pinto with a 2" system and 3" backbox seems pretty load, probably a 7, 8 at a push, gives a pretty nice note too
