I just gasped at those pics, gutted for you mate. I have never heard of an insurance company never allowing you to buy back salvage, though it depends on the cat they set it at. If I were you I wouldn't let the car go anywhere till the insurance give you a decision. Even if they say you can have the car back, it might cost in storage, or never be seen again!

Insurance wise i really dont feel comfortable calling them, they might just rape everything i have and getting insurance after will be a pain!

Your annual premium will not go up by anything like as much as it's going to cost you to rebuild that. Claim, that's the whole point in paying insurance premiums, i.e. to off load the risk of an expensive accident to someone else.

the insurance company should let you keep it,im keeping mine.this was agreed after it was smacked.they will adjust the moneys owed to you accordingly imo.

mate your mad for not claiming or your telling porkys about actually having the car insured.bit naughty if thats the case and i really hope it aint.phone them and tell them what has happend and they should sort it out to some degree.if you aint gonna claim then tbh why the fook insure it?sounds like im digging but im not im just reading what has been wrote on a forum.if you have insurance then use it.my claim has been going on for 4 fooking months.with the state of your car m8 you would surely rather have the money in your hand to look for something else,im no expert but that car will never get back on the road with that shell safely imo it is fooked lets be honest.
