Rich T Posted December 28, 2018 Report Posted December 28, 2018 It maybe on bags or possibly relocated rear axle and blocks with coilovers up front. Needs to be done properly and not necessarily professionally.

Rich T Posted December 28, 2018 Report Posted December 28, 2018 I can go just as low using spanners. But the cars ive lowered would still drive and pass MOTs. Bet your mate does better roof chops than me though.

Moderator Rally Pack 2000 Posted December 28, 2018 Moderator Report Posted December 28, 2018 I would have thought its main problem was kicking up a spark on any overflow fuel on the ground at that servo.

If you own a 924 and get the modify bug what else can you really do with it? LOL He probably just got sick of the rear hatch struts failing and it was cheaper to turn the car into an Estate than buy replacements from Porsche.
colr6 Posted January 2, 2019 Report Posted January 2, 2019 Looks like the rear of a reliant Kitten has been grafted on !
accord83 Posted January 2, 2019 Report Posted January 2, 2019 Looks like a DP Cargo conversion 18,000 Euros plus a good 924. Not cheap. This tells you about them, but the roof isn't fibreglass, it's modified from a Passat. https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/porsche-924-dp-cargo-a-weird-fibreglass-dream 1

I think the 944 version looks pretty good actually. 2
