does anyone else keep car parts in their bedroom :shock:

 

at the moment ive got 2 mk2 escort front grills and a set of refurbished mk2 rs alloy wheel centre caps :lol:

 

not to mention countless badges and some NOS mk1 escort botl caps or summat (ive no idea)

 

is it just me :oops: ?

mk2 escort wing, toolbox, anglia carb, mini weber, a whole set of chrome for a mini, mini headlights, gallon of oil, LOADS of car badges, LOADS of numberplates etc etc :roll:

a set of koni adjustables, -60mm springs

a sub and box, an amp, front strut brace, rear strut brace, rs1600i rocker cover, chrome rocker cover, various badges and trim clips in a box, a cortina grille, i think thats it in the bedroom. then thres the attic, 2 sheds and some of the garage :oops:

all my chrome parts are on my chest of draws, steering wheel wire loom

then all my powder coated pats all my lights and all the new bits for my mk1 :lol:

I don’t have a garage only a workshop which is full of OSF and bike stuff. So now I’ve started to store stuff in the loft and spare bedroom. Deffo a bloke thing, and lucky to have an understanding wife!! :lol:

steering wheel , 14 smiths gauges ,a strut brace ,2cd players rs center consl and a pair of reverse lights all in my room its 7ft x9 ft lol gota lota bits every where

 

 

my dad sprayed all the removeable pannels off a cortina in his bed room when he was younger lol

my dad currently has

 

3 pairs of mk2 escort fully refirbishe mirrors boot carpet 2 pairs of escorts seats steering wheels (3spoke rs) about 50 indicator units shelfs dashes u name it its in their fully restored ready for ebay!!!!

Got stuff all over the house... I do try and keep the lounge clear... but things still mount up, I like to keep a Shorrock Supercharger by the door, in case we need to hold it open for any reason... and the missus uses a pair of Tecalemit Jackson Throttle Bodies as a boot stand....

 

First time Pipster came round he said....

iv got endless bits from the engine bay which i have replaced pluss a pile of the old wheels in the corner of my room...

 

 

..... my step dad has a 1600 xflow block in the bottom of his wardrobe... his shirts are still in there too.

i keep my screens in their so i know theyre not gonna get damaged/.

 

i did have a set of slotmags and giant tyres but sold them lol... thast was a bit embaracing when the neighbours saw me rolling them out the house

 

its my flat il do what i like :P

got a half built essex v6 block in the util room, set of 2.8 special seats and trim in the loft, set of 3.0s trim in the spare room, MK1 esc washer bottle in the kitchen not to mention the piles of mk1 golf bits that are knocking about. I did have my capri LSD in the living room as it started to rain when I painted it on the patio one day but I forgot it leaked :evil::evil::evil:
