Normally I don't like stretched tyres either but on that car the allow the tyres to curl under the arches where they wouldn't normally be able to if they were squared shouldered. Its liked its been used deliberately to good effect.

I could post that in the record thread if it sells for that. That would put Twincams in level pricing with the record set for an RS1600 at 80k. Although a 68 shouldn't have round headlights.

The wheels look great. I popped into a local paintshop yesterday. He looked around the car and said it needs to be bare metalled and primed and shit.

£10k and 6 weeks.
