I might as well put this up, one of our members cars. One of the best jobs I’ve seen, attention to detail on this is second to none.

No vid on that one, well as far as I know there isn’t. It did have mag coverage though with plenty of photos. It’s beautiful to look at even on very close inspection it’s faultless. The only problem I had with it is the engine is at 7degrees not upright which to me spoils it.

I noticed in the photo you posted the engine was listing. Any particular reason for that?

It’s a Vauxhall red top engine, you have two options when fitted either 7 degrees as where originally fitted and using the manta alloy sump or upright if you use a steel sump conversion

Ahhh that interesting to learn about these. I would have gone upright too then if there was a conversion available for an Escort. Slightly skewed is OK but not tilted :wink:
