We have the same only worse. "Patches" is the new message service. You send a message to the doctor. They reply. You can't reply back only to send a new message. This is responded to by another doctor who hasn't talked to the first. You can't reply back only to send a new message..... you get the drift.

This is meant to be progress, only its more like 10 green bottles hanging on the wall 🎶

I heard Halfords were going to do the same, oh wait a minute they do.

And peeps expect similar fixes / diagnosis via forums / internet. Really, unless something is Infront of you, it's just 'educated' guesswork.
