Ray Posted January 19, 2019 Report Posted January 19, 2019 ok, I know im going to regret this one lol, im nominating myself here, when i was 19 and had my original 1300E, i had 6 rectangular Radyot spot lights under the bumper, i know im sad lol, so this morning, for a laugh, i thought i would have a bit of fun, and go down that memory lane thing again, dont panic, theyre only put there for a bit of a laugh, although the singular outside one i do like the look of lol, but thought this is probably the best place for it 1
Nick Heer Posted January 19, 2019 Report Posted January 19, 2019 your in the right forum now on pictures 3 and 4 ?
Moderator Rally Pack 2000 Posted January 19, 2019 Moderator Report Posted January 19, 2019 Square spots don't seem to capture that rally look many Mk1 owners aspire too. I can see how this was tried when you were 19. It does have a look of a teenager trying to smile with braces LOL 1
Nick Heer Posted January 19, 2019 Report Posted January 19, 2019 stick a set of 2 up 2 down Cibies Ray job done
accord83 Posted January 19, 2019 Report Posted January 19, 2019 Mmmm that reminds me, I have a pair of nos boxed Lucas Square 8's somewhere, I mustn't remember to dig them out. ?? 1

Be interesting to see whether the MOT changes would prevent it passing another one. My money is on it going through providing it passed the actual test.

colr6 Posted January 25, 2019 Report Posted January 25, 2019 Shouldn’t be a problem, no bulkhead changes. Just has a rather powerful suitcase in the boot!!!
Moderator Rally Pack 2000 Posted January 25, 2019 Moderator Report Posted January 25, 2019 It looks like some Japanese Anime character smiling at you.

I'll wager if you rocked up at an MOT station with it, providing it passed the standard checks you'd be back out with an MOT as normal.
eeb43 Posted January 26, 2019 Report Posted January 26, 2019 if it gets a tug and the driver/owner cant prove that it was built pre 88 it will have its id removed
Monza Posted January 26, 2019 Report Posted January 26, 2019 Isn't this fiesta the same as putting an escort on top of a sierra.....seen that done a few times and they seem to get on the road with the original escort ID without any problems. Or so it would seem!!Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

I think you will find that's meant to be a show-piece highlighting the Boddyshoppe's work. I wonder how many OSF customers that little gem brought them?
