Anthiron Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 This thing is for sale on Gumtree in Australia currently
mk2 mike Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 Not sure how to class this one, I'm still recovering from the shock! That was on Retards Club a while ago. Hundreds of comments and surprisingly the majority liked it! I can appreciate the work gone into it, it looks a quality job but it's just wrong imo.
accord83 Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 I'd like to see it with the hood up, that's where a lot of not factory convertibles look like they've had a tent strapped on top.

Admin Vista Posted February 16, 2015 Author Admin Report Posted February 16, 2015 This thing is for sale on Gumtree in Australia currently At least that T Bar must be leaving some strength in the shell. Unless they've welded so much reinforcing into the black one that it weighs more than a battleship, I can't see how the black one doesn't fold in half when the doors are opened!
Anthiron Posted February 16, 2015 Report Posted February 16, 2015 True, Aussie car modification approval is very stringent, it looks like it was made to be compliant and safe. Still ugly as hell.
mk2 mike Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Currently for sale on Retards Club.

buzzard Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 couple of pics hopefully of the same kit on different cars 1
mk2 mike Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Have to agree with vista, although dated I think the RGA kits look quite good on the car. 1
The Transplanter Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 I have got to stop looking in this thread as it hurts my eyes 1
mk2 mike Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 A more recent addition. From Retards Club again.
HotRodMatt Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 The 1990s called, they want their mods back.
mk2 mike Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 This was from a thread I found on here while searching for another thread
mk1del Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 I don't believe it, some people got no taste, and no tools judging by the light apertures ,only a tin opener 2

The Transplanter Posted February 19, 2015 Report Posted February 19, 2015 I don't believe it, some people got no taste, and no tools judging by the light apertures ,only a tin opener I think a tin opener would be to precision for them. Most likely used a blunt bolster & club hammer
mk1del Posted February 20, 2015 Report Posted February 20, 2015 Was definitely more door. cool boot bonnet pins on boot in picture 2 !
Admin Vista Posted February 24, 2015 Author Admin Report Posted February 24, 2015 Thumbs up or down for this Cortina? 1
