Looking at the tail-lights I feel I should know what car that is but I dont?

1st generation shitroen C2. Also think it's the very same car that hit me and broke my wing mirror on my current daily drive just after I purchased it nearly 6 years ago. There surely can't be two people out there dumb enough to think this looks good?

Ahhh thats why it went over my heard we dont have that many Citroens sold here. There has been a resurgence of Renaults the past decade though as you see them a bit more often. They arent cars our Chav equivalents ever dabble with though to create a colourful training shoe like that.

Deffo doesn't 'float my boat' but I do admire people that put cantilever pivot doors into cars that shouldn't have them and even more in this case for fitting reverse operation cantilever pivot doors ! With that many angles, the shut lines look perfect.

In my youth it would have been me building my own fireworks that started the fire in the first place before daring you 😀 I miss cracker night to celebrate the Queens Birthday, but it was banned as with all good things, too many idiots doing things with fireworks.

I remember having a Syrian friend whose father made bootleg aniseed Arak and a Slovenian friend whose father made bootleg Plum Schnapps. They could never agree whose was strongest so the test was to pour it over your hand and set it alight and which ever burned with the bluest flame won. Oh the good old days. Afterwards you would see them swapping 5 litre flagons of the stuff till they got caught by council when one still blew up. I guess you didn't have angry birds on your phone back then to pass the time.

I remember when I was eleven, going into the chemists with a a couple of mates and a shopping list,

"Making gunpowder lads?"

"Yes"

"Be careful now"

"We will, we're only blowing up tree stumps"

Happier more carefree times.

A kindred spirit. For me it was blowing up banana trees in the back yard that never gave bananas.
