Just in case some posts appear to be missing they have been moved over to "Other Classics We Owned or Admired" thread as it fitted in with the lists and discussions already in that thread. 😀

Invasion of the body snatchers! Here's proof the plastics are really alien pod parasites and will ultimately absorb all metal classics till only plastic replicants are left!

I regret to say although one of my Grandfathers is from Lancashire I have never been to the UK. Its at the top of my list of places to visit but the long haul travel really gets to me. I think as second generation Im able to become a citizen though so don't think Brexit can keep me out! LOL. We really have no concept of wet weather so I have been told. We once had an American Exchange student stay for a year and when it rain for half a day before the sun came out we apologised for the heavy rain, she laugh at us and said if it wasn't raining constantly for two weeks it was only considered a shower. I just posted a funny sign to give you a understanding of us and wet weather.

That sounds like an interesting euphemism!

I was just watching some old series of Top Gear and it made me think of your post. I kept wondering why they did so many of their tests on a wet track that diminished the times? Why didn't they just wait an hour or so for the rain to stop and the track to dry out? LOL

More Mouldies - I was wrong thinking it was a white car only thing

Name and Shame! Can you guess who abandoned this one for so long that willies have been drawn in the dust and tyres go flat?
