Chud Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Just got home to find Jeff had put this post up. I'd like to firstly pay a huge debt of gratitude to Jeff Harris for taking up his time on Sunday to get my GT back into shape after what had been done to it and also many thanks to all of you for your comments, some very handy tips there but what comes around goes around eventually Hopefully see you at Boxhill ! And many many thanks again Jeff for all your help even though it was a right GIT of a job we still had a sunny day tinkering about with an Old Skool Ford and also Leslie's loverly cup of tea and fresh buttered toast ! Could of killed for a WHIPPY though it was so warm Sunday !
macleod861 Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 this is what happened to mine last year and the scumbag got off with it im just waiting till he gets a car worth something then revenge will be sought
Chud Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 That is effing terrible mate i really don't know how i'd felt if that happened to mine ! Hope you got it sorted?
FredTransit Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Retaliation in kind is satisfying, but when does it stop? There is more than one way to settle this, I am sure something will make itself known when the time is right. We once had some tyres slashed after a certain neighbour made a threat. Months later somebody who lives near us had no tax. A few weeks after that I overheard a conversation that included the words 'no tax, test or insurance' and '3 months driving ban'. Connected? Possibly...........
Chud Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 was it kevin fontaine from the mk1 oc jeff?? if so he is a top chap Yes it was and your right he is a bloody DIAMOND if it was'nt for Kev my car would be missing a lot of very hard to find parts ! Top Top bloke
WHIPPET Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Treat yourself to some spray nitromors paint remover and go "wandering" in the night! Know what I mean!
marky4 Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 what a mindless #### glad the damage was easy fixed hope you got the car locked up safe so it don't happen again m8
BaileyMex Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 What a twat, the world is round and revenge is a dish best served cold!! That reminds me of an incident a long time ago.... A chap I know had some car stereo stuff stolen from his car, he then got told who it was which confirmed his suspicions already, A while later some naughty little tinkers drenched this thief's car in nitromors, Not me of course, cos that would incriminate me........
Billy_smith Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Jeff would wayne like me and my friends to give the man a visit? int to far away
Jeff HPE Motorsport Posted March 17, 2009 Author Report Posted March 17, 2009 Jeff would wayne like me and my friends to give the man a visit? int to far away Believe you me Billy If it had happened to me I would have gone ape sh*t on the twat & i already said to Wayne I would sort the geezer out proper once & for all but theres more to it than that & theres alot of people involved with it legally so its best sorted that way but in time the moron will get his worst nightmare coming !! I don`t get on here much these days for alot of reasons but its so nice so many people responded to it, it just goes to show that we all have a common interest & that we get so emotional over these great cars.. Thanks everybody.. Jeff Harris..
sambo Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 I'd just like to add. Very nice car by the way!
BigWallace Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Jeezus! His neighbour wants his nuts twisted off! However, Revenge is a dish best served cold!
Mugshot1968 Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Jeezus! His neighbour wants his nuts twisted off! However, Revenge is a dish best served cold! Correctamundo. If you're actually planning to do something about this then don't go posting on a public forum about it. Just say nothing, watch and wait and the chance will come. When it does recognise it then act fast and hard. Afterwards, no matter how satisfying it might be, don't tell anyone about it. The only people who need to know will already. That's what cold revenge is and boy does it taste good.
LEONMEX Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 i would go fookin booloo if that was me,still best things come to those who wait lovely looking motor
JAY PS Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Things could quite easily get out of hand My neighbour is a keen archer and has had a warning from police after a few stray arrows came over ,i have a two yr old in the garden ,now the wa*ker has a air rifle and i found shell cases on the lawn yesterday ! It only a metter of time before he hits the cars in my yard which are 60ft from him
flyingbanana Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 some one tried to cut me up one day and i didnt let him......next evening i had 2 smashed windows......and i knew it was him...and i knew him.....and yes revenge is sweet
Daggle Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 **Update** Well my bro had his car done over by the neighbour from hell a few weeks ago. Things have moved on and it appears that the c**t next door has now decided that it's game on to attack the rest of my family It appears that he has decided to follow my mum home after she visited my bro last week to find out where she lives and then during the night, last night, has decided to do this... Not only my Mums car but the same thing was done to my stepdads Toyota, 2 vehicles on every panel, nitromors!!!! Needless to say I am fuming , I can't believe it!! I want to go and visit him and have 'a chat' however I know the first thing he will do is phone the Police to report me. It hurts so much to see my parents having their property attacked and I feel so helpless. I don't know what is going to happen next
Admin Vista Posted March 30, 2009 Admin Report Posted March 30, 2009 Why can't you go round in an official capacity then Daggle? Surely a crime is a crime?
Daggle Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Why can't you go round in an official capacity then Daggle? Surely a crime is a crime? Unfortunately its best if I don't get involved, if this ever went to Court then it would probably be thrown out as the 'offender' would just say that I am prejudice to the case, the Courts would probably agree. I have notified the correct parties and left it with them. However it still hurts to see my parents going through this, you couldn't meet two people with kinder hearts then my Mum and Stepdad. When I was told this morning, I very nearly went around there to confront the family and kick his effin head in, however I won't give him the satisfaction
Admin Vista Posted March 30, 2009 Admin Report Posted March 30, 2009 When I was told this morning, I very nearly went around there to confront the family and kick his effin head in, however I won't give him the satisfaction I'd feel the same temptation but like you would never take the law into my own hands for several reasons. 1. I can't watch my place, my property or my family all the time so I'd be risking a continued cycle of revenge attacks. 2. I'd get much more satisfaction from someone being knicked for it and seeing my smile at them from the courtroom than I would smashing their car windows after dark. 3. The police are paid to catch criminals and the courts to punish them, wheras I'd have to do it for free and not without risk to myself.
Boreham Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 this is really shocking.... beyond belief... to follow yer mother.... FFS that's premeditated crime... if the law can't sort that... what's next... house/ person assult... unbelieveable...
macleod861 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 post his name and adress and people will visit
Daggle Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 post his name and adress and people will visit Buddy, thanks for the reply, but lets just say Im not going to be stupid enough to post anything incriminating up on a public forum
