Looking at the wipers it's a LHD car.

‘G’ could possibly be a Guernsey number plate but not sure about the LHD!

The Mk2 poverty spec Panda was not as strong as the Mk1, They bent the doors tight shut if you drove them down a flight of steps. (don't ask me how I know this I have no idea who was driving it and according to the log book it wasn't booked out😉) My right shoulder hurt for days opening the door.......😂
