that is the worst thing i have ever seen on a mk1, close to it is an escort that used to run around sutton a few years ago with forrest arches on the front and xpack on the rear  worse still he had put loads of square orange lights in the rear lip of the rear arches

it was mettalic blue and i think the guys name was Tony .

sad sad man

On the Ebay listing, the pic of the front looks pretty darn cool. But every other angle looks shizer!!!

A v8 rally car?

I don't think it'll catch on..

i personally dont like it but you have to admire them for tryin to be different and making the effort and hard work

I'm with Twink, it may not be to everyones taste and it certainly isn't my cup of tea, but I've still got time for people who think outside the box and trying something that hasn't been done before.

After all if it had turned out to look good, everyone would be praising it and copying it wouldn't they?

i like it cos its diffrent and does need diffrent wheels. as to liking it or not im just going to sit on the fence

I'm with you Jason m8

If I were to go down the custom alloy arch route,

I'd have just widened the existing 1/4 panels

And make a FAT mk1, kinda how you'd envisage

how (if one were ever made) a mk1 specific X pack would look.

smoother lines coming from the sharper lines just below the rear windows 8)
